Views of a Tobacco Flower

My son grows some tobacco plants in his back yard. I stole a flower from his tobacco patch and looked at it. This flower does not look like most flowers. The structure is very complicated and irregular. The petals are too dense to get through it to see the internal cell structure, although I did get some views of the surface.
