This is a garden plant, a garlic flavored plant where the garlic grows as a kind of tuber on the long onion-like stem. On a macro level, as a variant on the species list, it is unique. When you journey inside, into the caverns of the plant, it is just a unique distribution of plant cell elements. The cells appear to be like stone and glass and take shapes any stone mason would recognize.
