Community Featuring Rotifers and Very Small Protists

At first it looked like nothing was happening in this biome. Then I started finding things. There are patches of biofilm floating on the surface and very tiny protists as well as active bacteria. However I also found a rotifer, an active micro-animal and a few active smaller protists hiding in chunks of decaying vegetation.
