Larger Microbes Frozen or Altered

Postby Don Schaeffer » Sat Nov 09, 2024 1:16 pm

You see this more and more as the cultures age, the majority of what looks like organisms are more or less stationary. As the culture ages, finding moving protists gets less and less frequent. To me. the generation of larger active protists in a culture gets shorter and shorter. There are moving bacteria and very small organisms, but larger moving organisms in the culture get unusual.
