The Last States of a Biofilm

As far as I can tell, vegetables ae going to take over the world.
This biome has been processing for a long time (weeks anyway). The biofilm has diffused away into a more or less uniform spread of bacteria in various states of motion. To the naked eye the mix looks almost like a syrup or a soup (sorry). There are no big lumps and the life-forms are almost completely uniform throughout.
