Changing the Water

Postby Don Schaeffer » Mon Dec 02, 2024 2:47 pm

Yesterday, my son fixed my biome collection at a time when it was in trouble. He simply shook up the water adding some much needed gas and making unknown other changes. The result is that new varieties of protists are now active or at least visible again. He probably added to the gas content (air content). The result is that new varieties of protists have appeared and a motionless variety of protists has vanished. I don't know what actually happened but the shakeup has improved the activity in the biome.
