Floating Biofilm of Very Small Organisms

This is what I find a lot of in my biome sample. Tiny organism-like forms that move very litle but have massed together in a sticky biofilm They don't look like protists and they are very small but I can't guess they are bacteria either They do generate a film strong enough to lift with my biofilm loop. These images are at 600x and 1,000X (approximately)
