A Complex Biome Based on Fruit

The biome is based on a mandarin orange peel. The water I used originally came from a growth I found in the Long Island Sound. So I don't really know what I have here. The organisms are small, but I don't think it is bacteria. I just don't know what I have but the biome has been developing and seems to get more active all the time.
