Tomato Juice as a Solid

I've been looking at tomato juice with suspicion for months. Tomato juice has been trying to hide theits true identity as a solid for as long as I have known it. Finally I brought it to light. It's true. Although it is extremely elastic and pops back into shape when stretched, tomato juice is a true sold with visible cell structures and cell walls. There are also some interesting structures embedded among the cells.
