Late Stage Biome

Postby Don Schaeffer » Wed Sep 11, 2024 10:57 am

I don't know where they come from, but late in thel life of a biome, larger micro-animals like rotifers begin to appear. Many times these larger multi-celled animals starve and become food for microbes. But, at the begining the biome becomes a feeding ground. Numbers are declining as the biofilm empties out.
