THIN SLICE OF APPLE

I took a piece of apple that was a little past ripe (actually I could taste a little unripe-ness in it). Even at that stage the cells were well-formed. I had sampled a less over-ripe part. The cells in that section were less well-formed (but the sections were cut much thinner).
