Microbial Flying Saucers

My recent mudpuddle biome was taken from Lake Manitoba, a large lake near where i live. In the water I found subtle suggestions of biological activity, but no certainty. If you look carefully you can see what may be bacteria and even occasional tiny protists, but the motion can be explained by molecular action. I put this water in a container and await clear evidence of life.
