Looking through some plants in the lawn, I noticed that the leaves of a broad leaf grass plant had deep red spots on them. I examined these spots with the microscope and found that the spots were caused by a worm. I could see its shadow moving under the surface of the leaf. I couldn't photograph the wriggling motion in these pictures, but you can see the shadow of the worm. You can also see the effects the worm had on the leaf.
