This is a mystery. A new plant structure appeared on the lawn. It consists of a dozen or so balls of furry white fiber. Tangles of fiber seem to cover possible seeds. I was not able to sufficiently untangle the lumps to really find the seeds. But it was fun trying. If anybody knows what this is, please let me know.
