Bigger and Smaller

When I looked at the stagnant water pool contents, I was struck with the range of sizes among the organisms in it. I use a stage micrometer (I called it a stage microtome in the video--sorry). I try to photographically transfer the measurements to the images to show relative sizes. I can't guarantee that the scaling in 100% accurate but they seem to hold up pretty well. Organisms range from bacteria and flaggellate size to a micro-annelid that is well into the visibility range.
