Seeing Green Pepper Cells

Obviously I'm still learning the alien art of microscopy. Every time I go the microscope, I learn something: new tricks and techniques. I am a hands-on learner like many people. I was interested in the challenge of making visible the cells in the seeds of the green pepper and the surrounding support tissue. It took some experimentation but I think my journey into the closed box of the green pepper yielded some worthwhile results.
