A Messy Mudpuddle Sample

I took a mixed-up sample from the mudpuddle biome this morning. That sample is undergoing interesting changes. The water is filled with very tiny (bacteria-sized) fast-moving organisms. The appear to be circular but they move very fast and I can't see them that well. Then there are the familiar small ciliates. This sample was caught around some hair from the sample jar and that complicated the collection process.
