The mudpuddle biome continuously changes, expands and contracts. Now a population of amebas has appeared again, joining a diverse group of organisms. Some of the vegetation has been largely digested (if that is the right word), converted in biological scraps. For a time this is a continuous process fueled by consumable matter in the water.
