Effect of Cooking a Carrot

I am not a disciplined experimentalist but I thought I would try something for fun. I cooked (microwaved) 2 small slices of carrot for five durations from 0 seconds to 20 seconds to assess the effects of cooking on cell form. It's hard to analyze the results but I thought the cell shape became increasingly irregular with exposure to heat. (I am not a good experimentalist).
