Fruit Skins--Tomato vs Manderine Orange

Postby Don Schaeffer » Sat Jan 06, 2024 9:10 am

This is almost exactly like comparing apples and oranges but it's tomato and oranges. The cell structures are very different. The very thin tomato skin has neat round cells. The orange has very fatty and chuncky skin. The orange cells are irregular in form and much smaller than the tomato skin. It's interesting anyway.
