Damaged Leaf of a Rubbery Plant

This leaf is part of a small rubbery plant in the living room. Most of the plant is healthy but this branch was damaged--half broken and folded so that circulation was cut-off. The cells in the damaged part of the leaf have become unregulated and terminally disordered.
