Cell Up and Cell Down Rubber Tree Leaf
Posted: Thu Dec 14, 2023 2:59 pmThe "rubber plant" is one of my favorites. It has these unique fluid filled leaves which have a rubbery look. I found that the tops of the leaves have very small and disorganized cell structure. The bottom of the leaves have very orderly 6 sided cells. The structure of the cells is filled with thick, sticky fluid.
