Place Where a Rubber Tree Plant Gets Wounded

Late Summer and early Autumn is when fatal wounds start occurring on the leaves of plants. It's not fatal to plants unless it happens very extensively, but it does demonstrate how damage eventually kills the leaves. This is not perfect but you can see how damage to a leaf that cuts off circulation eventually kills the plant by distorting the cell structure.
