Tour of a Pumpkin Pie

My family prepared their annual pumpkin pie. I couldn't resist investigating the product of their labors, Most of the cells in the pie filling are intact, some are crushed and bent, but the living vegetable cell structures like the cell walls are visible throughout. I did see a few features that looked like invading cells. But the numbers were not great.
