Dissolution of Green Pepper Cells

I bought a green pepper part of which (in non-scientific terms) was dying. It gave me a chance to review the process of cell disintegration. The process goes from integrated, articulated cell structure to liquid state. When I filmed the final frames the motion of bacteria was visible. I only made still images but i could see the motion of the bacteria stirring in the dense medium.
