The strings on the celery stalk are one of the unique features of the plant. They are part of the sensual experience of eating the celery stalk and also one of the nuisances about it. I examined the several aspects of the celery stalk. I also found a seed stuck to the stalk and I examined it. The celery seed is an experience of its own.
