The Shrunken Biome After Two Weeks Or So

Just a few days ago the mudpuddle biome inclluded many larger protists. The biome virtually vanished after a few days. It has apparently past a life-cycle end-point. I find very little remaining of the larger protist population. What remains are the smaller, fast moving protists. I did see a small population of bacteria as well. It's time for a rebuild.
