Weeds and other plants that live here on this planet all come from common stock. You can see this when you examine the cells of any one plant. Everything on Earth and Mars or any other rocky planet, when filtered through human visual and perceptual systems will have a basic resemblance--hills and plains and rocks and sky. It's not that there are no surprises, it's just that it comes from a similar place . The world protects us against shocks.
