I pealed off the outer thin layer of a tomato skin and the thicker fatty layer inside it. Very clear structured cells line the tomato on the outside and less organized cells are in the fatty layer inside it. Particles inside the tissue vibrate a little because of collisions with moving molecules (Brownian motion) in the liquid.
