Dear Poetry Aficionados, Please change your IBPC links, wherever they may be!--specifically to these new ones: Poetry & Poets in Rags IBPC Home The Washington Post has outdone themselves this week, with four articles linked from News at Eleven, and one each from Great Regulars and Poetic Obituaries. They are each well worth checking out. We headline with an item of current poetry from there. I feature the Mary Oliver one. Indeed, I e-mailed it off to a friend already. But you may favor any one of them. They are all very good. However, the Guardian has seven articles this week, two in News at Eleven, and five in Great Regulars. Three of these are Sarah Crown, James Fenton, and John Freeman, if you don't mind me name-dropping. Plus, we have a new Great Regular this week, Fleda Brown. We have linked to many articles these past few years by her. And just this past winter, she was judge for the InterBoard Poetry Community (IBPC). A very fine week for poetry news, smack dab in the middle of Poetry Month. I'll leave the rest to your discovery. Thanks for clicking in. Yours, Rus Our links: IBPC: Poetry & Poets in Rags Poetry & Poets in Rags blog IBPC Home ~~~~~~~~~~~ |
