Between each segment, children—ranging in age from 4 to 9—offer commentary and muse on the meaning and mystery of poetry. Thanks for the link, E. I have HBO 1 & 2 and it's about time they show something worth watching -I was considering to drop them until you posted this. I'd love to record it for you and at no cost. I have a CD player / recorder but I'm probably going to have to find one of those heavy hitters (5-9 year olds) to teach me how to do it. Hey, I work in maintenance. Light bulbs only, please. Big smile. I'll see what I can do, E, but no promises. Will let you know when (and if) I am able to figure it out. You never know, I might even get to use it for a movie or something I might want to record in the future. Stranger things have been known. D | ||

E, I read this again from HOME. DVD player, not CD. Dang, just goes to show how mechanical and technically proficient I really am. Good thing I'm in maintenance management, eh? Dane our lives have been reduced to acronyms in keeping with short attention span most people seem to have these days. I can hardly keep track of my BVD's let alone DVD's... Well if you figure it out, that would be supersonic!!! Thanks Laz another find. I listen to Jim from time to time but I don't recall his poetry segments. Do you listen to the poetry foundation's ipod casts? They feature a poet or two each week and you can download and enjoy. e wordwalkerpress.com |
