Dear Poetry Fans, Poetry & Poets in Rags Let's celebrate! Two days ago, I turned 50. That's nothing. Three days from now, Stanley Kunitz turns 100. And there's our headliner. Yesterday was the second anniversary of Poetry & Poets in Rags, the first rendition being posted onto both and only The Atlantic and Melic Review forums. That's nothing, this month is the 150th anniversary of Whitman's Leaves of Grass. So, our second and third articles are about Walt Whitman and Leaves of Grass. (BTW, we know The Atlantic's gone subscriber-only. Does anyone know what's up with Melic?) Remarkable poets and poetry in the following nine articles, twelve total. And if you're looking for the whole poems, they're are at the end, and plenty of them. Yours, Rus Our Links: Poetry & Poets in Rags IBPC Home IBPC Newswire |

Thanks, Michael. Without clicking on them, they look like he Kunitz links. Because those and other Kunitz articles showed up on my searching this week, I'll be doing a separate Kunitz search on Tuesday, and I can either pick the best article, or if they are good and varied enough, create a special Kunitz section. Yours, Rus |
