Dear Poetry Aficionados, Poetry & Poets in Rags blog This week, we have many poems in News at Eleven, and three articles with companion audio files. The news in all three of our sections is from all over the world, and touches on aspects of poetry and poets in a wide and quite interesting spectrum. And there's lots of it, more links than usual. Part of this increase has to do with a full Poetic Obituaries section, but also the appearance of so many of our Great Regulars. We begin with the arrest of poet, activist and blogger Mustafa Ismail in Syria, with the fear of his torture or ill treatment, and an e-mail action that you can take to help him.
