Dear Poetry Aficionados, Poetry & Poets in Rags blog Anthony Browne has been named the new children's laureate of Great Britain. This is our top story this week, and we've got pictures. Both the story and the slideshow are Guardian newspaper links. Our Back Page story is about the Griffin Poetry Prize, and you'll find some great photos there too. In between are some fabulous articles, like the one from double X called "When Women Blew Up American Poetry". Another, about poet and activist Liu Xiaobo, gets political to the point of urgency.
