This is the trailer for the documentary I co-wrote the narrative for on my vist a couple of years ago to Argentina. It began as a three part series but we are now editing it down to one hour.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EE2jfIVdTIc&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Efacebook%2Ecom%2Fhome%2Ephp&feature=player_embedded

If you have any contacts in film and would like to help me, please send me an email. We'd love to see this program on the air. It's a beauty!

I wrote a series of poems from this experience and hope to revisit it again with new works when I can find some time.

Love,
e

WOW! I'm impressed, and I'm not even that much of a wine-drinker. Good Luck, E, this is top-notch stuff!!

Packie thank you!! I wasn't much of a wine drinker either until I went there. I don't drink a lot now but I have definitely come to appreciate it as part of the culture of certain Latin and European countries. Some of the people we interviewed have been cultivating the grape in their family for a century or more.

And there's always grape juice. No kidding I had the most magnificent grape juice I've ever tasted in my life. Clear as water with the taste of the earth and the sweetness of roses. I need to write a poem about it one day!

Thanks for watching and your support!

Loved it, so passionate and beautiful, and the dancers, wow, so many shots were terrific! The story also is great, an old tradition, yet it was brought there in another time, and you can tell the place has that flavor.

Wow, e! Beautiful documentary. And this is just the "preview?" I'm so lame I'm not sure if "trailer" means preview. In any case, I loved every second of this. Every scene was lovely...the dancers were well choreographed, the pics of the beautiful countryside...all of it!
And the background music/soundtrack is perfecto.

Wish I knew some bigshots in the industry. With material this good, heck, just send it in to PBS...or,um, I guess it isn't that easy or you wouldn't be asking.

In any case, I loved watching and listening to this.

My best,

Teresa

e,

To me the text, which you co-wrote, and the videos themselves, are quite good. The music, IMHO, comes on a little too strong.

Laz it was total heaven to watch the tango dancers. Everything you've ever heard about it is true, the smoky dark hall, the music, sensual moves and provocative attire. I flew for 14 hours and then found myself that night in the tango hall where these dancers were filmed. Truly was otherworldly....glad you enjoyed.

T this is just the promo piece for the soon-to-be one hour show. The producer decided to condense everything into a shorter feature. Just your warm wishes and vibes can help bring good luck to the film. Thank you!

Fred, if it were up to me, I'd just have the opening guitar but that wasn't my call. I agree with you.

The text in this instance was written by the director. I was involved with the narrative in the documentary itself. Glad you found the video appealing!

Thanks for your support y'all.
