I get that it's not cool to post the same poem in more than one forum at a time, and I won't do that! But supposing you have posted a poem in Sublux or Creative Visualisations and it seems to have gone as far as it can there - is it appropriate to re-post in Biofeedback? | ||

ItalianBee, I can only speak for myself and how I do it, but to me all of these forums work on levels. I put my first drafts though Creative Visuals to start because although that is a Light Crit forum you do get some very thoughtful responses and suggestions to your work in that forum. After I take that advice and revise I post my polished drafts of those poems in the BioFeedback forum. I also try to let my poems rest some between drafts so that I am not just working on draft after draft of the same poem (and I come up with fresh ideas this way.) Hi, Bee -- just ask and we can move any poem from SUBLUX or CV into BIO for further crit. The reason we ask people not to double-post is that it can get very confusing to other members to have the same poem in more than one place. They either forget the commented on it already or think, "Hey, I already commented on this. How many times do you want me to comment?" *LOL* However, asking for more intensive advice is certainly legitimate. And we'd be more than happy to move poems upon request. Love, M | ||
