Dear Poetry Aficionados,

IBPC: Poetry & Poets in Rags

We begin in prison, and before we leave that first article, we travel the world, across borders and through languages. This is very much what this edition of Poetry & Poets in Rags is about, many cultures of many continents and many times.

Last night, I came across an article by Jean Sprackland, and posted it at the forums, without saving it for inclusion as I had intended. Now that I write this, I realize it has been overlooked. Here it is, belonging in this international week:

Telegraph: Arvon Poetry Competition: 'Break every law...' by Jean Sprackland
also: Arvon Foundation: International Poetry Competition

Enjoy the articles. And thanks for travelling through.

Yours,
Rus
