Dearest Membership -- if you've been experiencing problems with your username/password being retained in the boxes here at Wild (forcing you to enter both each time you want to post), here's the fix: You need to change your Internet Privacy settings to low. If set above low, your system will not permit cookies to be stored properly. To do this, go to Tools/Internet Options/Privacy. You will see a bar you can move to low. If you are having this problem, it's probably set currently on medium. Move the bar to low. Then, come back to Wild, log out, log back in and check to see if the username/password boxes are filled in. If yes, then you should add Wild to your favorites again. Your system should prompt you to overwrite your old favorite which is ok. This should also fix the problem with the New signs that are supposed to appear before each thread when something new has been added. This feature is also dependent on storing cookies. This fix represents the proverbial getting two birds with one stone. If you have any difficulties after you have completed the above steps, let us know in this thread or by writing to adminwpf@wildpoetryforum.com steve was the one who figured this out, not me.
